In order to provide better products and service, on November,2015,IMORDEN did a random sampling survey of 350 customers who have bought IMORDEN Camera Slider. Here,IMORDEN give thanks for the customers who participated in this survey. IMORDEN also appreciate all the honest feedbacks, that give plenty of help in product improvements.
As you can see, the pie chart shows that the customers have different opinion on IMORDEN slider. The majority of customers feel that IMORDEN camera slider is built solid and works smooth. However, there are still some problems that should be paid more attention.Such as the material of the screw, adjustment of the ball bearing, the design of the feet.
Based on the result of the survey,we provide the solutions for each issue after discussing it.Read on to learn more detail.
1. The plastic screw
The screw, circled in the picture, is used for tightening the carriage after using the slider.Although the screw was made by plastic, it was made by a special material--POM plastic, which is a durable material.
However,4.6% customers mentioned that we can better the plastic screw. Although the plastic is nice and works well now, they still worry it may occur problems like fracture after being used for a long time.
Considering the metal one will be more solid and durable in the transit as well.We designed a sample of metal screw after some discussion.
This metal one could totally replace the plastic screw and suitable with your IMORDEN camera slider. After getting more positive feedbacks, we will update all of the camera sliders in 2016.
So which one do you like better, POM plastic or metal? :)
2.Ball bearing
As for the ball bearing, i have to say it's common issue on using camera sliders. It just need adjusting.

3.The rubber feet
Maybe the feet of IMORDEN Camera Slider is different from some other's in the market. But the reason we chose the rubber feet is to make the slider more antiskid and stable while filming.
